- I sold my real estate business in 2006 and retired and I attend Sacramento State University as an art major. I live in Carmichael with my girl friend of 7 years. I had HCV for 39 years with Level 2 fibrosis, genotype 1A, started treatment May 10th, 2007 with Peg-Intron Ribavirin. Medium/heavy side effects, fatigue/depression being the most prevalent. I cleared the virus at 8 weeks, treated for 11 months, finished April 10th, 2008 and I am virus free 6 months post treatment. I am one of the lucky ones.

Some days you feel like a sea lion, lying around in the sun and some days you feel like Pier 39! It will all be over soon. ;}
Is that you T laying inbetween the sealions? You look relaxed taking in the rays! Great Job beating this bastard we call hepsie, you've been a great inspiration to us and I am sure many fighting this beast.
